COST:

$40 for Kids- includes registration fee, insurance, music, shirt & 5 meals

$20 for Sponsors

(We will not be publishing the cost in any of the publicity.  Your church may need to charge campers more or less depending on how you budget for the cost of sponsors, transportation, etc.)

New This Year!

AUDITIONS: Campers who would like to audition for a Drama or Vocal part need to make an audition video.  On the video campers should complete these statements:

  1. My name is _____________. 
  2. I am going into the __________ grade.
  3. I will be coming to Worship Arts Camp with ____________ church.
  4. I would like to audition for ________________________ (Singing, Drama or both)
  5. My preference is ______________________.  (Singing or Drama)

 

To audition for a vocal part:  Sing Happy Birthday using your own name.

To audition for a drama part:  Recite the Pledge of Allegiance in 3 different ways (example:  very excited, overly dramatic, different accent)

 

NOTE:  Auditions should be short, simple recordings on your phone.  Please avoid extras that would make the files too large.

 

E-mail your audition video to lynn@cbaokc.net by July 17.

2017 Health Form:  Make a copy of this form for each camper.  All Young Musicians and sponsors attending day camp must be registered in order to be covered by insurance.  Alphabetized Health Forms should be kept by each church.  We will not need a copy.

*For your convenience: the Health Form page includes health card info, t-shirt size and track selections so that you can gather all needed camper information from one place.

 

Track Sign-up Form:  Use the information on the bottom of the Health Form to complete this Track Form.  Kids should indicate a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice.  Those who audition and receive a drama or vocal part will automatically be placed in the Drama or Vocal tracks

*Since track assignments are first come/first served you may send a partial list as soon as any kids sign up, then send additional lists as you receive them.

 

Shirt Order Form:  Please fill in your estimated shirt order and e-mail to lynn@cbaokc.net as soon as possible.  The final shirt order will be due the week before camp. 

*If any enlisted Track Leaders or Music Team members are coming with your church, please include them on your shirt order and registration.  There is a place on the Registration Form to subtract the registration fee.

 

2017 Schedule: WACK will begin at 9:00 am, Monday, July 24 and conclude with the concert on Wednesday, July 26.

  • MEALS:  CBA will provide all lunch and dinner meals.
  • EVENINGS:  Your church may choose to send the kids home each evening, keep them at your church, or arrange for groups to stay in homes or a hotel.

 

2017 Church Registration Form: Bring this completed form to registration at 9:00, July 26.  If any enlisted Track Leaders or Music Team members are coming with your church, please include them on your shirt order and registration.  There is a place on the Registration Form to subtract the registration fee.

 

2017 Background Check Form: Bring this completed form to registration on July 26.
